Montagne de Chabre

The Sisteronais-Buëch community of communes has chosen Skaping to install its first webcam on the summit of Mont Chabre to inform hang-gliding enthusiasts of wind strength and direction.
Enjoy a 360° view of the surrounding mountains: Ecrins, Baronnies, Dévoluy and Mont Ventoux in the distance!

A true sentinel, it can also be used to spot the start of fires in this densely wooded area.

This 360° webcam is fully autonomous, thanks to its solar power supply and 4G modem. The support designed by Skaping has been thought out to limit the structure’s impact on the site, with a ballast system at its base and anchors for guy wires at the top of the mast, so no civil engineering is required.
